History of HollyShorts Comedy
Established in 2016, the Hollywood Comedy Shorts Film Festival was created to highlight a new generation of comedic storytellers. The inaugural festival showcased 80 short comedy films over two days at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood (Harvardwood). Over the years, the festival has grown in prestige, featuring a diverse range of comedic short films, web series, TV episodics, and dark comedies from around the globe. Notable past winners include Casey Feigh's Beginner's Luck, which took home the Best Film Grand Prize (indieentertainmentmedia.com).
